Looking for a smaller community(25K population), that offers a low cost of living(18% lower than US average) and plenty of activities in the area but is within an hour of a large city.
If so, an opportunity to work with an integrated health care system based in east central Ohio is looking for someone to join their team.
The system is a not-for-profit and has over 300 physicians and multiple outpatient care centers throughout the area.
The system is the largest provider in a six county region and a primary referral center.
It offers a higher level of service than what is typically found in a community of its size including open-heart surgery, trauma care, a Level II neonatal intermediate care unit, neurosurgery and
comprehensive cancer services.

Recruits qualified physicians for the medical staff by understanding and facilitating each step of the recruitment process, including retention.  
Assists in the development of strategic physician recruitment plan with the appropriate members of administration.  
Coordinates comprehensive physician recruitment program to ensure adequate growth of the medical staff by working with administration and current medical staff to recruit physicians for the institution’s immediate and long term needs.  
Determines the most effective strategies for attracting physicians to the service area.  
Researches the service area on a continuous basis to understand the proper mix of medical practitioners and/or specialties needed.  

Master's Degree Required.
At least 5 years of physician recruitment experience required. 
Certified Medical Recruiter certification must be obtained within 3 years of hire(if not already achieved). 

Position reports to Chief Officer of Physician Operations 
Highly visible position to senior leadership 
Significant flexibility with scheduling 
Has 1 direct report (physician recruiter)
Would estimate about 50 new MD's recruited each year by current director 

The position is offering between 85K-115K. The position offers relocation and a great benefit package.
